GANTZ in m'sia.

ky09am i the only one so fascinated that they showed GANTZ in Malaysia? cause i really thought they wouldn't give a rat's ass. haha. cookies for Malaysia, woo! but cause of that horrible review that PERSON wrote about the movie in The Star, i'm worried they're not gonna show part 2 here.
SO, i watched it. YES. yesterday night. *runs around flailing*
if you squint! you can see 'GANTZ' there. so awesome. :D
with my sister. yuuup. we were both, i believe, mentally tired. she was working, and i had class the whole day. and the jam home was terrible. ~.~ i wasn't having a really good day either, which i'm somehow thankful for cause it made me look forward to watching the movie even more. it was the highlight of my day. :)
my tension was like up up up! while the cine-ads were rolling. 1st time i felt so impatient for the movie to begin. xD AND THEN FINALLY, it came on. whooooo! i wanted to take a picture to commemorate the occasion (it was a birthday present to myself! :D) so i was kinda distracted for like the 1st minute trying to take a picture. hahaha.

as excited as i was to watch it, my expectation for the movie was already low and plus SF-action really isn't my thing. but its so much better than expected! made me excited for part 2. :D i read up the GANTZ page on wiki and it stayed pretty true to the manga. plus point! i think in the 2nd part it'll be an original story though cause the cliffhanger they left for part 1 doesn't gel with what i'm reading on wiki. i think yamada takayuki's character is non-existent in the manga! ~.~ or maybe i just missed his character's name... oh, speaking of yamada, he wasn't there till like THE END of the movie for under 1 minute. *smacks forehead* but its a really good cliffhanger. it makes you pull your hair and go, "WHYYYY?!?!"
random thing you should know! in the cinema, when kanata hongo's character came out, i heard someone say, "Hongo-san! ♥". hahahaha. that is so cute. xD
